Private apt with in-unit washer dryer as well as a full kitchen. Close to major freeways and walking distance to the Expo line. The space A simple, cozy (400 sq ft, 37 sq meters) one bedroom apt with all utilities included. Here's what it has (and doesn't have). • Portable A/C (in bedroom only) • Double Bed as well as futon • In Apt Washer / Dryer. • Flat screen TV w Xbox for games/streaming entertainment. No cable. • Fast Wifi • Keyless entry • Street Parking: Please see reviews. I've never had complaints about finding a space. No permit needed but you do have to move your car for two hours (street cleaning) if you're on the wrong side of the street on Thurs and Fridays. Guest access This apartment is all yours so you can access anything in it. We share the outdoor areas - We do have a big, friendly dog that we may be with in the yard once in a while. You are welcome to use the outside nook (see photos- just outside the kitchen door.) Other things to note • My house and your apartment are the only units on the property and we are the property owners. • Portable AC in bedroom only. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom.) • Booking for 3 people? Please note the apt size and that one bed is the living room futon. • We share the outdoor areas - sometimes, you'll see me in the garage or in the backyard w/ my dog, etc. • Though you have your own address and private entrance, we do share one wall. You may sometimes hear our shared water-pipe system. • Kitchen includes basics (e.g. pots, pans, dishes, utensils), additionally: rice cooker, slow cooker, wok, and toaster oven. Also enough paper towels, etc to start you off. • I have worked from home ever since the pandemic started. I also am fostering an energetic dog. You may see me daily during the afternoon playing fetch with the dog... draining his bottomless energy.
