Apartment located at 1830 m altitude, departure and return to ski accommodation: chairlift and ski lift at the foot of the residence. 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. Independent sleeping area, separate from the living room. Separate bathroom and toilet. Cellar/ski room on the same floor facing the apartment. Kitchen opens to the living room South-facing balcony to enjoy the sunshine and the unique view of the mountains and the ski area. (Garden table and chairs available) The space Equipped with a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a single sofa bed (90 x 190 cm), bunk beds (190 x 90 cm) (in the sleeping area). The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a sliding door. kitchen open to living room: dishwasher, 90-liter fridge, 30-liter freezer, 33-liter mini oven with rotating heat, microwave, 3-burner induction stove, double sink. folding table, 4 chairs (or 5). Multiple amenities: Senseo and classic coffee makers, TV with built-in DVD player, raclette and fondue sets, pierrade, waffle maker / croque-monsieur machine, electric pancake maker. Bathroom: shower with three jets, sink and cabinet under sink, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, clothes iron, iron and ironing board. The accommodation includes duvets suitable for each bed (bedding sets are not provided): 3 duvets of 140/200 and 1 of 220/240. On site there is a lockbox (possibility to modulate arrivals/departures), it will also allow you to walk around in peace without taking the keys with you. Cleaning is not included in the rental price, we ask that it be done during your departure (products made available to you), thank you for your understanding. Note: tea towels, bed linen, towels not provided. Guest access You have a storage room located opposite the apartment, where you can drop off your skis, shoes, poles and sleds. Other things to note Housekeeping included for stays longer than 6 days. For shorter stays, it is the responsibility of the guests in the residence in winter season: ski equipment rental, ticketing packages, grocery store (sherpa), restaurants.
