A traditional Cypriot house in Dhoros village in Troodos region. The property was the ancient olive mill of the village which has been restored into a traditional 2 bedroom house offering all amenities and stunning views of the mountains. The house has fast WiFi, LCD TV with Netflix and streaming channels, 2 bathrooms, a secluded private courtyard with a vine tree for shade as well as a large balcony with amazing views of the orchards and Troodos mountains. The space There is a private enclosed patio garden which is surrounded by high stone build walls which is typical with all traditional village homes in Cyprus, offering privacy. Living room with dining area and separate kitchen are on the ground floor opening to the garden. In the living room there is a wood log, an LCD tv with streaming cable channels including Netflix, sofa chairs, and a sofa. The dining table in the living room can fit 6 persons. The separate Kitchen has all facilities such as electric cooker, halogen oven, small refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster and it is fully equipped with plates, glassware, cookware etc and all cleaning materials. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower, the 2nd bedroom and a built-in cabinet for the washing machine - all can be accessed from the patio courtyard. From the Kitchen you can go to the first floor corridor via a narrow iron spiral staircase. On the first floor there is a bathroom with large shower and the main large bedroom which has access to the large balcony that offers stunning views. This bedroom can be also accessed from the courtyard by the external stone-built staircase. All areas of the house have individual electric heaters and fast WiFi both free of charge. *** Free mid stay Housekeeping service every 7 days for stays of 14 days and above (upon request). Housekeeping service includes cleaning of the property and fresh linen & towels. Mid stay Housekeeping service for less than 14 days stays is available on request and charged extra. ABOUT US: G.T.Z. Please consider this prior to making a reservation. * The 2nd bedroom & bathroom are downstairs and can be accessed through the courtyard. * Electricity is included in the price for 20kWh per day which is more than sufficient for usage of all appliances at the property including heaters. If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at €0.40 per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure.
