Picturesque house w/ swimming area

This beautiful country side house is the best of both worlds. Mixing both Modern and rustic in the perfect blend the house is spacious and comfortable so that you can just sit back and enjoy your vacation. Five minuets away from Fabrica beach which was considered one of the best beaches in the world this location is close to café, markets and yet you have only the stars to keep you company at night. With a pool to keep you fresh, ping pong table and bbq all set up this place is perfect getaway. The space The house has two sections: the older house and the new section which was converted from the barn. The new section is an open space with with 2 living-room areas, 3 bedroom each with their own bathrooms and an open kitchen. It is easy, modern and practical. The second section is rustic and comfortable house. It has four cosy bedrooms which share one bathroom and we recently had new mattress' placed in each room. There is also a basic kitchen and dinning area which allows you to be completely independent from the new house as well as a comfy couch which turns into a bed. The the heart of the valley you could not ask for a more tranquil and spectacular space for the kids to run free and for you to rest and have a great time. There is a water tank which serves as a pool and there is BBQ and a table tennis for you to unleash your inner child. Guest access The entire grounds are at your leisure however there is an annex which is yet to be finalized and therefore not available at this time. Other things to note The house was conceived to be simple and practical so that you could just concentrate on enjoying your stay. There are a few details like the outdoor showers that make it the perfect mix of comfort and beauty.
