Villa located in San Andrés Golf in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz) is a very quiet area and close to Playa de Roche and de la Barrosa The house is an individual villa with capacity for up to 8 people making use of the main house and for 4 more people up to 12 people if you also make use of the apartment attached to the house and paying the extra price per person on one floor and fully equipped They are separated by a patio but both within the same plot The space Single-floor chalet in the San Andrés Golf area of La Barrosa and Santci Petri. The plot is 2000 m2 and consists of two buildings a) Main Villa and b) auxiliary house or for service. A) Main chalet consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, all outside a toilet, a living room dining room, kitchen and laundry room and ironing a porch and pool, all rooms have spacious closets. The main bedroom and one of the secondary have the bathroom inside the room and the other two rooms share the bathroom. One of the secondary rooms has the bathroom prepared for the physically disabled, in the shower there is a folding chair and you could even put the wheelchair inside the shower, it has a handicap-prepared toilet with handles. From the main room you access the private garden and pool has a beautiful view of the golf course. The Living Room is separated by a large fireplace overlooking both the living room and dining room. The kitchen is large and spacious, it is fully equipped, it has both gas and ceramic hob The porch of the house overlooks the private garden area and the pool and overlooks the 5th hole of the golf course on the porch there are two dining areas one with a table for 12 diners and another area with 2 sofas and low table. The pool is attached to the porch and in it there is a solarium area with 8 sun loungers. The pool is not closed but has a summer canvas with a car to be covered. b) Auxiliary or Service House: It is another small house consisting of a 27 m2 living room room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds), a sofa bed, full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Garage for one car, although 2 other cars can be parked inside the plot.
