Well equipped house with quality furnishings, unlimited wifi and Smart Tv. Enjoy the 10 metre pool and excellent outdoor entertaining area. The space Guests can enjoy the sound of the ocean at night or the singing of birds in the day as you relax looking out to the bush on the covered deck. Swim laps in our 10 metre pool or relax inside and watch your favourite shows on the smart TV. Our home is a lovely flat 800m walk or cycle ride to Mudjimba main beach and its cafes and restaurants. You can also go for a bush walk and spot Kangaroos through the conservation reserve opposite our house. The most beautiful part of the Maroochy River can be reached in minutes by car or bike and boaties have easy access to the boat ramp at the end of the road. Keen golfers will be thrilled that the world famous Twin Waters Golf Course is just around the corner, watch out for those kangaroos! This is our home so we always keep it well equipped and maintained. Each bedroom has quality linen and mattresses and the kitchen is fully stocked. Unlimited Wifi is included with a pleasant working space overlooking the bush and pool. We have a large smart tv so you won't miss your favourite shows. There is a covered BBQ area complete with utensils and bar fridge. The garage is used for storage but there are 2 car parks on the driveway and plenty of street parking in front of the house, there is generally no problem if you have a boat or trailer. Guest access Guests can access everything except for the garage and laundry cupboard, which is used for our personal storage. Other things to note There is a strict 100kg total weight limit for any hanging chair in the house, do not exceed this as they will fall, we accept no liability and guests use these chairs at their own risk. Please ensure if the bbq is used that it is left in a clean state. There are special bbq wipes in the cupboard underneath it to make the job easier. Please remove all rubbish from inside house and place in the general and recycling bins located at the far side of the house. The house should be left in a clean and tidy state with all dishes washed and put away. Sorry, we do not accept Schoolies bookings.
