Great Keppel Island Beach House

Our 3 bedroom family run beach house is perfectly located only metres from Fisherman's Beach to enjoy your holiday on this sub-tropical island paradise. The space The two-storey house contains 3 bedrooms containing queen sized beds and a family room containing double bunks. The large open-plan kitchen and family flows onto the front deck overlooking the Fisherman's Beach and Keppel Bay. A perfect spot to enjoy sunset. Downstairs is a second living space with pool table and lounge as well as outdoor barbecue area for entertaining. All linen and kitchen utensils are provided, you just need to bring your own toiletries and beach towels. The house features a TV, BBQ, refrigerator, and gas hot water and washing machine. This is an eco friendly house being totally off-grid and running predominantly on solar power and rainwater. Please be considerate of these resources during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and garden including BBQ, outdoor shower and pool table. If you bring your own boat, the bay in front of the house along Fisherman's Beach provides a perfect anchorage protected in most breezes. Other things to note ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Prices are based on 4 persons. Charges apply for additional guests, $50 per extra person per night (excluding Airbnb fees). Children under 2 years and under stay free. Maximum of 6 guests are permitted to stay in the house. We must be notified at least one week in advance if you wish to have additional guests stay, your booking will be modified with the correct number of guests for which you are to accept the change of booking. If additional guests are present during your stay without advance notification, you will be charged at $150 per person per night (excluding Airbnb fees) for additional guests. Friendly dogs are welcome to stay, please message us details of your dog if you wish to bring them on your holiday. Maximum of two dogs, no exceptions. We ask guests to please keep dogs off all furniture. Please note the house yard is unfenced and owners are expected to keep their dogs within the property. We are a family run holiday rental, please do not expect hotel-style accommodation as this is not the right place for you. We do compensate by offering you a a friendly service, luggage pick up and are just a phone call away if you need anything.
