Stunning lake views and fantastic sunsets. There is a large deck, screened in porch for eating, playing games and relaxing. There is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player and a CDplayer/Ipod dock. The living room has a dining area with seating for eight. Three Sliding Glass Doors offer a wonderful lake view and open out to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has a counter for eating with four stools. Dining area has seating for six and a door leading to the screened porch. The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and French Doors leading to the screened porch. Master bath has double sinks, shower, jet-tub bath and a large walk in closet. Bedroom 2 on the main floor has a queen size bed and closet. Bedroom 3 also on the main floor has a queen size bed and closet. The finished walkout basement has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has one set of bunk beds and two twin beds, the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a ping pong table, Foosball table and TV. Three sets of French doors lead out to a shaded porch area with a table, four chairs and a hammock for relaxing. The stairs lead down to the dock. The water is approximately 12 feet deep. Perfect for swimming and floating. The dock offers both sun and shade on those hot days. Enjoy lunch on the waters edge at the picnic table. There is an outdoor bar at the dock with 4 bar stools and a mini frig. You tie up your boat or wave runner to the cleats or whips that are provided. There are two kayaks for your use for a little bit of exercise or a scenic view out in the cove. There are chairs, floats and noodles available for your use in the boathouse. There is a private launch ramp if you should bring your own boat and/or wave runner. There are marinas on the lake that offer both boat and wave runner rentals.
