A few minutes away in the city of Baldissero Torinese there are small shops, bars, a tobacco shop, restaurants, a bakery, a butcher shop and a Borello supermarket. The house is independent and surrounded by a large private garden. The entrance on the ground floor is in the living area, a large, cozy and very bright living room thanks to the openings to the outside, with a nice fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor, with two bedrooms and a study/room with a bunk bed. The rooms all have parquet flooring, one of which has an exit to a small balcony. The ceilings of the upper floor are detailed with exposed wooden beams and period floral decorations, a feature that makes the house fairytale-like. The villa has been recently renovated in the systems, the heating in the winter period is a pellet stove. We would leave 2 bags of pellets available, which last more or less 2 days depending on use. After that, the guest buys the pellets at their own expense. Bags of pellets cost more or less from 6 to 7 to 8 euros depending on the period Ah! There is also a barbecue area, parking for the car.
