Guest access The whole house is open for our guests. We just lock a few cupboards for our personal belongings. On the ground floor, 1 very large living room, dining room, billiards, 1 large kitchen, 1 library and a second living room. The bedrooms are upstairs. 2 are real double bedrooms with private bathroom. 1 bedroom can be transformed into a 3rd double bedroom with a bathroom nearby. Note that the house is very comfortable for 11. At 13, you should consider that you will use a very small room with a bunk bed for children connected to the 3rd double bedroom.
