Best Views in Red Rock

classic 3 bedroom beach house in a beautiful quiet village 40 km's north of Coffs Harbour.Great place for beach holidays, fishing, water sports, birdwatching. Bowling green and tennis courts nearby. No same day bookings, 48 hours notice please. The space This is a family friendly house with 3 bedrooms and a small but well equipped kitchen. Kitchen, dining and lounge are open plan with lovely views of the park, estuary and boat ramp. The master bedroom features a queen bed and spacious cabinet with views of the park and river and is joining the living room. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the third. We have one bathroom with a toilet. a shower and vanity and a separate toilet and sink. The covered verandah faces park, boat ramp and estuary. There is a BBQ area at the back of the house. The yard is fully fenced. pets are welcome if they stay outside. If you have a pet that is used to being inside please contact us prior to making a booking to let us know what kind of pet etc. and we will try to accommodate you and your pet. Red Rock is a lovely quiet village in a very picturesque setting. There are 2 beaches, one of which has shaded spots and is sheltered from the southerlies. The beaches are patrolled on weekends and school holidays. The estuary is great for canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, swimming etc. There are plenty of places to go fishing and we have a beautiful broad walk along the river. Red Rock is a bird watcher's dream with a lot of rare birds to be spotted along the river and beaches or in the heath. In spring the wild flowers in the heath are worthwhile a visit. From July to November one can watch whales from the head land. Red Rock has a great little convenience store which also does take away food and great coffee. They also hire out kayaks, paddleboards etc. There is a playground in the park for the little ones and a bowling green and tennis courts in the village. The bowling club has a bar and a chinese restaurant. Red Rock is situated in the Solitary Islands Marine Park, there are very good dive sites at the nearby islands where divers can enjoy encounters with mantas, eagle rays, grey nurse sharks etc. and a multitude of fish.The closest dive operators are situated in Mullaway (10 min. drive) and Coffs Harbour(30 min drive) Guest access Our guests get the whole house and backyard to themselves.
