The rustic style of typical Salento architecture is in harmony with the carefully selected furnishings and with all the modern comforts that allow you to enjoy your vacation in the apartment while feeling at home. The entrance is independent. On the ground floor, the large living room is furnished with a dining room, double sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, and a kitchen complete with all the accessories, built into a lovely alcove with a stone arch. On this floor, there is both the full bathroom with a shower and the small internal courtyard with a sink and an outdoor shower. An internal iron and wood staircase leads to the loft with a double bedroom overlooking the living room. Next to the kitchen, a small door leads to the basement floor via a characteristic staircase carved into the stone: here, a beautiful star-shaped vault houses the second double bedroom. Possible change upon request at the price of €25 per person. - Special cleaning for pets: €30 to be paid on site. - OBLIGATION to separate and dispose of waste. Otherwise, a penalty of €80 will be withheld up to 10kg of waste, + €50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price). Otherwise, a penalty of €40 will be charged. - One bedroom is on the mezzanine and one bedroom is in the basement. - Please note that upon arrival, payment of a security deposit of €100 is required by credit card, cash, or instant bank transfer.
