central, bright room 600m from Zürich main station

Lovely bright room located in the middle of Zürich city. Here you are going to have a very fresh room with a big window and good space. I’m only looking for monthly stayers who wishes to rent a month or longer. Maybe because of an internship/PHD studies or short time work where maybe signing contracts with a landlord, Buying furniture and subscriptions for Electricity, WiFi and so on isn’t a good option. The room is rented out by calendar months The space Your bedroom Will have a personal key to lock it. High Speed WiFi is accessible all over the apartment. Guest access Kitchen, hallway and bathroom is shared with me and another room mate. Important to me is that these spaces are kept in a good shape and that you always clean up after you’ve used it. That way we all share areas that are clean and ready to use. We help out with the cleaning. During your stay Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Other things to note Please read the house rules before booking, so you agree to that it can be noisy (especially on the weekends) due to the bars and restaurants around. Most people think it”s ok or good. I only write it just in case you have sensitive hearing. Long time stays (over a month) can have a monthly rent of 1700 chf/ month. Otherwise Booking through the platform is how it’s done. :) NOTE: Please ask me if the room is available for the required dates first before sending a request. Choose “contact host” or “ask a question” If you book and I can not receive you for any reason, you will have to “withdraw your request”. I unfortunately can’t since I will receive a penalty fee for doing so. Which will mean that I have to book your stay but not receive you. If you then withdraw you request after I have booked you (because I had to) there might be penalty fees from Airbnb. :( I will always ask you to please withdraw the request.
