First Tracks at Sugarloaf

Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure. The space Our home has a classic lodge feel with wide plank pine and rustic decor. Three levels of living space coupled with two fireplaces make this home a dream to relax in. On our main floor you'll find a large mudroom perfect for all your gear, a spacious kitchen with room to gather as well as a dining table that seats six. A gas fireplace provides warmth and ambience while you relax around after a day of fun. For your entertainment needs we've got Chromecast set up on all of our televisions. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms. The master has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the bunk room has two twin beds as well as a queen bed. On our lower level you'll find our game room as well as a laundry room. Ping pong, smart board game table, foosball, darts as well as a hot tub outside. Bringing littles? We've got a Pack n'Play, Stokke high chair and plenty of trucks and puzzles. Working from home? We've got at WFH setup so you can minimize work and maximize play.
