The Forest

The 40 m² apartment has a living room with balcony, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. LCD TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with views are self-evident. The flowers and the forest can be opened together if necessary, are ideal for families or friends. Living room, extra bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen are available here. As everywhere, balcony with views, LCD TV, Wi-Fi are automatic. The space The house is located on a small hill next to meadows and forests. It has a wonderful view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen. We have five different, stylish apartments where 2-8 people can comfortably vacation. The apartments are equipped with LCD TV, kitchen, Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace, are ideal for longer stays. You will find the peace and quiet you need for an ideal summer or winter vacation. We also speak English in addition to German! The lake is a 5-10 minute walk from us. The water has drinking water quality, in summer it is 26-27 degrees. Our guests can of course use the beach for free. The area offers experiences for the family throughout the year. In winter, the Gerlitzen ski resort awaits, where you can ski about 50 km of slopes. Whether beginner or professional, you will certainly find the ideal slope for yourself. You can either drive up by car or take the Gerlitzenbahn from Annenheim. The travel time is 10-15 minutes. The Gerlitzen also offers numerous opportunities in summer, from hiking, horseback riding, paragliding to various activities for children. On the lake you can sail, stand up paddle, kayak, canoe, treetboot, water ski, or of course just swim. With the Carinthia Card you can visit most of the sights for free. Carinthia is a famous motorcycle Eldorado, the perfect winding roads are ideal for two-wheelers. The Harley meeting at Lake Faak is famous, where 70,000 drivers gather every year. Other things to note Pets cost €15 per night.
