Our home is not just a house. It is a place to feel wanted & cared for. It has a feeling of peace & in a quiet neighbourhood. The living spaces are comfy & cozy. With a pool & lots of space to relax in summer. It is enclosed & completely private. For long cold winter nights we have a wood log fire place in the lounge. Have a glass of wine & put your feet up. A wood & gas braai is also available. And an 8 seater dining room table for those decadent holiday feasts. Kick off your shoes & relax.🏡 The space NO LOADSHEDDING HERE. We have an inverter, so lights and appliances are always on at Pinotage Place. Our home has 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has a KING SIZE EXTRA LENGTH bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. This romantic room has a sliding door and a view that looks on the pool. This room has built-in cupboards, a fan for hot summer days and an electric blanket for cold winter nights. The second bedroom has a QUEEN SIZE bed with a view that looks on the pool also. This room has open cupboard space, a fan for hot summer days and an electric blanket for cold winter nights. The third bedroom has 2 SINGLE SIZE BEDS. Our home has a second bathroom with shower over the bath that will serve these 2 rooms. The lounge has a Smart TV with Netflix and an open plan dining room with a sliding door to the outside garden and pool. A large dining room table will serve your family well. The study will let you get some work done in private with a huge comfortable desk and 20Mbps uncapped fibre WiFi. The back garden with a patio and swimming pool provides you with an outside sitting / dining area for those hot African days and nights. Our home also provides you with a double garage that can accommodate 2 small cars and 3 parking spaces in the driveway. Guest access You will not be sharing any spaces with anybody. The owners and hosts do not live on the property. You will find 2 locked doors in the house that you will not have access to, which is private. But you will have access to everything mentioned. Other things to note Please be aware that our AirBnB is not just for our guests but also for us to return to when we visit South Africa. Therefor the decor depicts our own personal taste and preferences. Any display or statement of our belief reflects our personal convictions. Walking distance from the house is a small shopping center called Die Boord with a SuperSpar, pharmacy, coffee shop, bank and other varies shops. The center of town is 5 minutes away with the well known Dorp street, the University campus, shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The Strand beach is 20 minutes drive, the Airport is 30 minutes drive and Cape Town is 50km away. • Long stays (10 nights or more) - We require a change of bedding and fresh towels with general cleaning after 10 days of stay and then every 7 days thereafter. The additional cleaning fees will be quoted by the host when you book. • We have a camping cot and baby bath available on request. • We have a gardener Michael that comes every Tuesday. He has his own access into the back garden. • Refuse collection is every Tuesday, please put the trash out on the driveway before 8am.
