This is our home away from home & hope you’ll leave feeling like it has been truly your home for the time spent, whether it’s making new memories with family or friends, action filled or a more relaxing rejuvenating time away, that at the end of your day you were at ‘home’. The space The space This listing is for the entire home Our home consists of 3 bedrooms with one bathroom with a corner spa & separate toilet. A large open cosy chalet style living room with fireplace, stunning views out all the windows you can admire as you recline back. A sofa bed is located in the lounge for extra bedding. TV with Telstra TV box connected to offer you access to Netflix etc. Unlimited Wifi. Newly installed reverse cycle aircon/heating which we can preset for your arrival on request. The kitchen is stocked with the basics of perishable items, pots & pans, plates, cutlery, along with cooktop, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, juicer, electric frypan and even a slow cooker so you can set a good hearty meal cooking early in the day whilst you’re out exploring to come home to! A large dining table to seat 8. The master bedroom has a king bed with electric blanket fitted and a gorgeous bay window to wake up to the scenery of outside. We also have a portacot stored in the master bedroom wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen bed with electric blanket and single bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Each room also have heaters. There is a double high off the ground electric inflatable mattress and a single bed mattress that they can be placed in the lounge for extra bed space. There is a BBQ available that we do ask if you can please clean it after use. Everything in the house is yours to use. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, there is a fire pit, children’s swing set and netball ring. There is an extendable outdoor setting also to enjoy meals outside. Don’t forget to feed the little fish in the pond out the back door! Our newly renovated studio suite is a cosy homely feel suite. An open plan living/kitchen style room with fireplace, stunning views out all the windows you can admire whilst lounging on the sofa or sitting up eating at the breakfast bar. The sofa folds out to a double sofa bed for use. TV with free to air channels and a DVD player. Unlimited Wifi. A small dining table and seats at the breakfast bar to accomodate all. The bedroom has a lovely king bed and there is an ottoman in there that also folds out to a spring based single bed (it is recommended no more than 100kg weight on it though just to make note of). There is a second ottoman in the passageway that can also be used if Book a stay today, you won’t be disappointed. Other things to note We provide all linen, towels, blankets, doonas, pillows, toilet paper, cleaning items, laundry detergent, basic kitchen supplies such as spices, cooking oil/spray, tea, coffee, & sugar. We have also provided some board games, puzzles and colouring items for the younger ones. This is a working farm with cattle that are tendered to by the farm manager but they are located away from the house.
