A simple room about 10 sqm in a shared apartment. Kitchen and bathroom in shared use . Living room is available .Optimal for one person. The subway lines 1 and 3 can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. S-bahn Moosach about 10 minutes. Airport about 45 minutes from S-Bahn Moosach . Wiesn and Central Station maximum 25 minutes.. all shopping within 10 minutes on foot. Medical center is a 5-minute walk. All in all, super centrally located. The space Relaxed interaction is desired.. offer some chaotic conditions but still to feel comfortable.. the apartment is quiet hardly any street noise. since I am also in the apartment, of course, it comes to personal contact... which should run very relaxed. There are hardly any rules that are clarified in person. Rooms cannot be locked.. ( if I have to lock a room in my apartment, then one(s) is wrong.. but I don't ...... SMOKING absolutely undesirable.. Guest access -Washkeller -Living room -Rad basement - Kitchen - shared bathroom During your stay I am always available and am also happy to share good information.
