Clean spacious room in a near brand new modern house. The space - Clean and spacious room - Walking distance to water lands, walking track, soccer and cricket ground - 3 mins walk to bus stop - Multiple shopping options around with the closest Woolworths and laundromat located within 2 minutes drive. Guest access - You will get a private room with queen bed, small walk in robe and bedside table - Bath and toilet, shared with another room - Shared kitchen, dining, laundry, patio - Free street parking x No access to garage x No access to washing machine During your stay We prefer communication via the airbnb app when we are not at home. We are committed to response asap. Other things to note - Strictly no outdoor footwear inside the house for hygienic purpose. Please leave them in the shoe cabinet - Washing machine is for our personal use only. Kindly refrain from using it. Guests book for more than 5 days can use the washer once a week. There is also a laundromat within 2 minutes drive from our house. - Strictly no access to places which are not part of your booking, including garage. Please kindly refrain from asking if you can store something in the garage or park your bike, etc. - Only light cooking is allowed (let’s say 30 mins maximum) as we also cook meals in the kitchen after work. We appreciate if you can avoid the time we cook. - Strictly no extra guests are allowed to stay in the premises other than those who booked. - No spitting or rinsing mouth in the kitchen sink. - No smoking inside any part of the house. - No food and drinks inside the room (Dry snacks are allowed). - Switch off all the lights and heater (if you switched it on) when leaving house. - Always lock the front door even if you are in the house. - We expect responsible use of amenities/appliances and basic cleaning after using common areas. - Please wear respectful clothing when using common areas - Respect others’ privacy - When guests do not abide the rules of the house, we have the rights to ask them to vacate without a refund.
