Description
Whether for holidays, for outpatient rehab in Bad Salzig, Oberwesel or Bad Ems or for long-term stays as part of work or creative retreat - this spacious and quiet accommodation is a retreat of relaxation. It is a five-minute walk to the Traumschleife Marienberg, and the thermal baths are about 1.1 km away on foot. It is also a good starting point not only for sporting but also for cultural exploration of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley as well as the Lahn and Moselle Valleys. The space The apartment is about 65 square meters. In particular, the kitchen is well equipped. In good weather, you can take the coffee provided from the Melitta fully automatic coffee machine for breakfast on the terrace in the morning or enjoy it in the afternoon in the cosy living room. It also has a storage room (with washing machine) where up to two bicycles can also be stored and charged if necessary. With extendable tables, up to 5 people can use the apartment. In the case of several children, up to 6 people may be accommodated. The latter would have to be requested separately. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance in the house. In the apartment, there is a storage room for luggage and bicycles. There is also the washing machine (please inquire about detergent), a drying rack, a high chair for children, and containers for paper and plastic waste. Other things to note You will receive the mandatory Boppard guest card upon arrival for a fee of €2.50/day for adults aged 18 and over. Children and disabled individuals (from 50%) and their companions with appropriate proof are also exempt from fees. It allows for, among other things, free use of the regional public transportation system or the thermal outdoor swimming pool. SHOPPING: Within walking distance, there is ALDI for daily needs. The same applies to a machine with eggs and honey at BOGAMA. By car, you can reach REWE or PENNY in Boppard or EDEKA or NORMA in Bad Salzig. In Bad Salzig, there is also a bakery: Bruno Volk. LIDL and Netto you find in Brey. On the way to Brey you will pass Spay, where we highly recommend the butcher Hook for fine meat and saucages. The largest industrial area in Germany is located 34 km from here, north of Koblenz (about 32 minutes): Mühlheim-Kärlich with many outlets. DINIG OUT: You can actually eat well anywhere in this region. We particularly recommend Severusstube in Boppard, Antoniusstube (Pizza and Pasta) in Bad Salzig and Eiserner Ritter (upscale dining) in Weiler.
