Artistic cozy house in Pau, Costa Brava

Our house is located in the village of Pau (Girona), in the area of ​​Cap de Creus (Alt Empordà), surrounded by olive trees and gentle Mediterranean hills, a suggestive and inspiring territory. The last house in the village overlooking the countryside. It is outside of the tourist agglomeration but at the same time is very close to the sea, just 15 minutes by car. Here you can relax, as the house has everything you could need, and so enjoy your vacation or your creative or work retreat. The space The recently renovated space has its own artistic personality, as you can see in the photos. The house has a large terrace, the perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, surrounded by a beautiful view. On the terrace is the main entrance. On this same floor are the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room, where the double sofa bed is located. On the upper floor there is a large room where there is a double bed and a single bed. The terrace is for your exclusive use, while the downstairs patio, through which you enter the property, is for shared use with the people who live on the ground floor (independent house). He does not usually go inside the house, since we always leave food and water outside, so you will not have to worry about anything.
