The space This homey, quiet bungalow sits just off the heart of Broadstairs—close enough to walk to the beach, shops, cafés, and coastal paths, but tucked away in a peaceful spot that’s perfect for switching off. It’s a cosy, welcoming space ideal for family holidays, couple getaways, or a breather from the city. You’ll have full access to the property, including the lovely private garden, full of flowers lovingly maintained by our family. Rainy day? Enjoy the view from the bright conservatory with a cup of tea and a good book. Inside, there are two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living area, kitchen with a dining table, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The conservatory has space for dining and looks out onto the secluded and peaceful flower garden. The family sized bathroom has a shower within the large bath. There is also a study room for laptop work, reading, or listening to the collection of vinyl/CDs on the retro sound system. In addition, there is a clavinova if you want to bring some piano music to play. Everything you need for a relaxed, no-stress stay. There’s also off-street parking for two or more cars. Broadstairs is brilliantly located—only a short drive from Ramsgate with its vibrant harbour and weekend markets, or Margate for the Turner Contemporary, vintage shops, and Dreamland amusement park. But honestly, Broadstairs is our favourite of the three. Think mini golf, classic pubs, seaside fish & chips, and of course, Morelli’s ice cream (a family favourite for generations!). We’re a local family and always happy to help—we truly love sharing this little corner of the coast with our guests.
