B&B in austrian farmhouse for up to 10 persons

You will live in three or four double or triple rooms. Two showers and two toilets are in the hallway and belong to these rooms. There may be other guests in the house. Our farm is located at an altitude of 1000 meters near Kitzbühel and Zell am See. The Kitzbühel ski resort is 5 minutes away, and the hiking trail in summer starts at the front door. In our parlor there is room for socializing, games, fun and laughter. We provide drinks at reasonable prices. The space 100 cows and calves, several hens and a couple of cats are living on our farm with us. All our rooms are simple but personal - for breakfast we serve our own milk, eggs, marmelades and teas. You can try our own liqueures and of course the home made schnaps, jams, herbal salts and many more. In the evenings, you can stay in our general room to chat with other guests, play games, laugh... We offer a couple of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks to attractive prices. For smaller children, we provide a crib. Guest access Agriculture is our main business. But it's nice to host and give insights into our work. You are therefore welcome to explore all areas of our farm, help, ask, photograph, try, taste, ... As this is a large agricultural holding, attention is required everywhere. We do not provide cooking facilities/ kitchen. During your stay We live on our farm, prepare your rooms and serve your breakfast. Of course, we are always available for questions and concerns. If time allows, we will spend a day in the mountains with you. In any case, we will give you the best tips on hiking trails, inns and slopes in the ski resort.
