The Perfect spot for touring through the island and around the island. The Layan beach is a 10min drive The space It is a private house/villa with walls around the house and pool for full privacy, CCTV, Free wifi, electric gate, TV, Swimmingpool, Teak Sunloungers, Teak Outdoor Dining table. Guest access You will have access to 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, indoor living room, outdoor living room, Private pool and Pool Sala, outdoor rain shower, sun beds and umbrella. Kitchen with cooking space, microwave, water boiler, illy coffeemachine(capsule at charge), Fridge with Ice cubes maker and filtered drinking water, washing machine. Free wifi(5G), Electric gate and 65” SMART TV with Netflix and YouTube access. Other things to note Pool cleaner is coming twice a week(no extra charge), Monk prayers can be heard from nearby temple and sometimes dogs are barking. NO! glasswares or glass bottles in and around the Pool allowed. In case of breakage in pool we charge full Pool cleaning fee of 20,000 THB because all water must be changed. NO! smoking in the house, pool area and Sala allowed, only at smoking area in front of the house only. NOTE: Maid room cleaning and bed linen change 900THB(Advanced reservation required) End cleaning is Not included in the rate and will be charged separate at 1200 THB . Electricity charge 7 THB as per meter unit based on your consumption.
