Private room with own entrance near Stromlo

This house in Coombs was established in 2017. Coombs is located on the eastern side of the Molonglo Valley in Canberra. Guests have their own entrance that open up to a sun-filled room, furnished with a comfortable double-bed suitable for couples. From the accommodation, it is 12kms to Civic or Belconnen; and 8kms to Woden. Public transport is available from the top of the street. The space The accommodation offers a comfortable double bed and TV with DVD player. The room share the shower/bath/toilet facilities with other house guests on the weekend only. During the week, the room has sole access to the shower/bath/toilet facilities. There is a small outdoor patio outside the room for your use and a indoor sitting area for your morning coffee. Guest access The guest will have access to the room and courtyard only, not to the main house (available for long term guests only - access to the kitchen and laundry facilities are with prior arrangements and extra fees). There are tea/coffee making facilities and a small bar fridge for your use during your stay. There is also a broad selection of books for easy reading and free wifi facility for your use during your stay. During your stay The house is occupied by my parents and they do enjoy meeting new people. However, they also understand and respect privacy of the guests. I will try to greet and farewell when I can. Other things to note This is strictly a no smoking room.
