Enjoy the lovely 7-acre gardens and fruit trees with river access and dams with birdlife. Have BBQ with outdoor sitting area or sit around the large fire pit. A peaceful quiet location between Maryborough and Hervey Bay in the peaceful river view. The space Located next to the main house is Dundathu Queenslander 240sqm Newly renovated still original with barn-style doors. Both houses are Eco-friendly will have 25kw solar power panels, Led lighting and solar water pumps to reduce their carbon footprint. Downstairs entrance barn doors -Queen bedroom A/C - Twin bedroom A/C- Large living area with fans, 40'' Smart TV, 6 people dining table and three-seat lounge foldout bed - New bathroom and toilet - Laundry with a washer machine and ironing. Upstairs Two queen bedrooms A/C+ fan with river views. One bedroom with TV and access to two single beds or a Baby room with a door to front Veranda. One office room with a single bed, table, and desk. Side veranda has 3 burner BBQ and outdoor BBQ bench /seats for 10 guests with river views. The living area has two leather lounge A/C+ fans with a large smart TV. The dining area has 6 person dining table with a side veranda. The kitchen has a large fridge - oven - Stove - microwave - dishwasher - filtered drinking water with all basic food-making facilities. Bathroom renovated original shower/sink but with new Toilet. Emergence light in Kitchen /dining and downstairs steps( 3 hrs lighting ). Guest access to Wifi free. Plus NETFLIX & DVD player now. ( All A/C have Heating) Guest access Guests can utilize the gardens grounds but children's supervision is needed around dams and rivers. The downstairs barn bedroom will be locked when booking for 7 people. But open for extra guests at $45 per person. ( If need 3 queen beds please ask.) Other things to note NOTE LIMIT OF PEOPLE IS 12 due to the house being on septic and water tanks. No Pets on Beds and Furniture. ( Small dogs only ) Shops are about 12mins away in Maryborough or 25mins in Hervey Bay. Access to river frontage by stairs please be careful. If using the Firepit please bring some firewood. River has a Pontoon but No access as have No insurance for guests on the pontoon. Still can go fishing and crabbing off the riverbank.
