Quiet room between city and sea

Our 160 m² house is located in a cul-de-sac, quiet, in a residential community that touches Caen to the north. We are ideally located for going to the coast, visiting the city center, the castle or the Memorial. The space The room we rent is quiet, equipped with a 140 bed, a closet-wardrobe, as well as a console-desk. The bathroom with bathtub and toilet is on the landing. Our spacious double room has a double bed, a desk, and a big wardrobe. The bathroom and toilet are on the same floor.
