4-5 mins to town we provide quality mattresses for great sleep for 2 -4 Two seperate beds , KING (bottom floor ) and single day bed bottom floor in the living room. Upstairs queen & twin beds. NO moving furniture or be billed $100 ! We are appx 15 mins from the north end of Possum kingdom lake - this is a fun& cabin NOT luxury and not for extreme weather . *$35 fee for check out instruction not followed including taking our key ***not childproof parents & parents responsibilit The space We love to cater to the working man . We absolutely love the solitude and sunsets at cottage , views for the soul , bring your hammocks to hang in the trees . All areas downstairs inside cottage are for guests Downstairs King bed Love seat Day bed Upstairs is currently not operational Guest access Guests can enjoy the cottage , the patios & the huge backyard for hiking down to the pond , hike or camp out on the 5 acres cooking , sports , and enoing - bring your hammocks ! $35 fee for every check - out instruction ignored !! Other things to note bring hammocks , tents personal grills your charcoal wood & propane , this is a CABIN / not luxury ) The cottage is close to lake graham & Possum kingdom , Grahams Largest downtown square, fort belknap , food truck weekend - appx 15 mins to the north end of Possum kingdom , 10 appx to graham lake , 5 mins to young county arena Update - on the property we have a big white meremma sheep dog on patrol at all times , she loves everyone , pls don't love on her pls do not feed her we want her to stay with our goats .
