This spacious, comfortable three bedroom bungalow set in the quiet village of Newtyle, is only twenty minutes from Dundee, Blairgowrie and Perth, and well connected to the major Scottish cities for air and rail connections. The space At Kinpurnie Hill View, you will find a clean and comfortable space for up to six people to enjoy. The house is ideal to accommodate families or groups of friends and you will find all the equipment required for a self catered stay. The property is simple, yet tidy and welcoming with essential white goods for your convenience including a washer/ dryer (washing detergents are NOT provided) and dishwasher (some dishwasher tablets are provided) as well as smart 43 inches tv in the sitting room and 32 inches tv in the en suite double room. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as toilet paper and hand wash in each bathroom. ***Please note this is a self catering accomodation and we don't provide mid stay cleaning service (however it can be arranged for you at your own cost). You will find cleaning products and vacuum cleaner in the property for your own use.*** WIFI Wifi - fibre broadband speed 38mb-40mb, plusnet. The house is equipped with a travel cot, child dining booster seats, a safety gate. COVID 19 UPDATE We are taking extra care with revised cleaning protocols for your safety and peace of mind. Antibacterial cleaning products are available for your use. Guest access Guests at Kinpurnie Hill View enjoy the full use of the property and surrounding garden. There is off road parking suitable for 2 or 3 vehicles.
