My place is close to to train station and 20 minutes to CBD and town. Nearby has a few local coffeeshops and neighbourhood mall. . You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, having your personal space and the nice amenities within the condominium. My place is good for solo adventurers. I delisted it during Covid due to rules and am back hosting. We provide two cleanings a month to change your bedsheet and clean the room free of charge. The space Note - Females only. This listing accomodates 1 traveller perfectly. We do not allow smoking within the house and would reject any smokers who intend to stay here. You stay in a nice room with your own single bed and 1 study desk, 1 wardrobe and a cupboard to place your items. Perfect if you're looking for a permanent space to stay and be comfortable. There is a shared bathroom next to your room and you get alot of personal space for yourself. You will also have access to a key to lock your room. Hazel Park Condominium is located strategically near Cashew MRT (a 10 minute walk from my house, just outside the condominium). As seen in the map in photo 2, you can see that it only takes one 17 minutes to reach Newton station, which is only a station away from Orchard where all the buzz and shopping is at! 20 minutes to town is perfect with this train line. You can connect to almost anywhere and everywhere with this place. Amenities in our condominium that are free to use - 7 pools (2 Jacuzzis, 1 deep pool, 2 exercise pool, 1 wave pool and 2 children pool) - A gym - 3 Tennis Courts - 1 Squash Court The bathroom in our place is gorgeous and you will definitely like the spacious room you have for your stuff. Guest access Kitchen - as long as you clear up after usage, we have everything needed from pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Aircon is within your room and you will not have to worry about the weather at night. Should you be afraid of the cold, you can choose to use the standing fan as well. Towels are provided and there is also free wifi. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom for your use. Shared kitchen and living room as my family is living in this house as well. All amenities within the condominium is free to use - swimming pools, squash court, basket ball court, tennis court and others. During your stay We are a local chinese family of 3 and hence you will have your space that you need. I've recently graduated and hence if needed, we can also show you around the area and give recommendations on where to eat, do groceries and shopppp!
