A beautiful space in picturesque surroundings.

The property is located approximately half a mile (about a 10 minute walk) from Twyn Square in the centre of Usk town, which has many pubs shops and eateries. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 good sized bedrooms overlooking the front garden. There are many breathtakingly beautiful walks on the doorstep. Access is along a single track lane leading to a private parking area for 1-2 cars. Strictly no parking on the lane please, because it is a public right of way. The space The bungalow has a charming veranda overlooking a spacious, wildlife friendly, front garden which is frequently visited by a variety of beautiful birds. A pair of binoculars are at the property for you to enjoy some bird watching, while sitting under the veranda or in the front bedrooms. Fields adjoin the property to the side and rear, with a public right of way at the end of the lane leading to some beautiful walks. Information for additional spectacular walks are available within the property. A place for walking boots is provided under the veranda and please wear soft footwear inside the bungalow. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the property, including the spacious garden area. Other things to note A short walk through the front garden, along a paved pathway, leads to the property. This can be viewed from the photographs provided. There are two steps outside the front door, leading into the property. The single track lane is also the access for two other properties at its entrance. We would therefore advise guests to take care when coming in and out. 1 well behaved dog is welcome but must not be left unattended at the property. Children are welcome. A cot can be provided on request but I am sorry a child's high chair is not available.
