Other things to note This is our home, lovingly decorated. Only rented when we are away. We are high on a hill with cool breezes. But with warming summers we have now installed room air conditioning. During the pandemic -- now and for the foreseeable future -- Lake Celeste Community association, in which our property is located, forbids renters from using community facilities and surrounding property: lake, tennis court, etc.
