The space Enjoy a comfortable queen bed with quality linens, spacious vanity, large closet, walk-in shower, city views, fast internet, Smart TV, Pixie Nexpresso with selection of espressos, lungos, teas and private roof deck. This peaceful bedroom is on the third floor of our home (two flights of stairs), an 1890s Victorian that has been completely rennovated (not just a coat of paint but down to the studs). A second bedroom is on this floor but it is not rented when this bedroom is occupied, thus, guests have the entire floor to themselves. Guest access Guests have access to a laundry room on the second floor. The kitchen is also available for limited use. At the opposite end of the third floor hall is a second bedroom, which is not rented, when this bedroom is occupied. Thus, guests have the third floor to themselves-- private and quiet.
