The Pepper Pot is an elegant little cottage-style bachelor pad situated in the heart of Cape Town’s cosmopolitan city bowl. Surrounded by trees and an abundance of squirrels, this charming space is peaceful and quiet with all you need for your stay in the Mother City. The location is perfect for those wishing to experience the true Capetonian vibe without the hustle and bustle of the city centre, whilst remaining within close proximity to the many popular sights the Cape has to offer. The space The Pepper Pot is located within a gated complex, with its own secure parking bay right outside the unit's front door. The apartment is very private, safe and quiet. There is uncapped wifi, which is fast and reliable. The apartment has a double bed and can accommodate 2 guests. There is 1 bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. The kitchen has all the basics including a built in oven and 4-plate hob and washing machine. There is a TV with a Chromecast connection allowing for various Apps to be accessed such as Netflix, Spotify etc. The open area surrounding the unit, although not strictly for exclusive use, is totally private and never used by other residents. This offers guests an outside space to enjoy adjacent to the unit, as long as noise levels are kept to a minimum and respect is given to the permanent residents of the apartment block. Guest access The Pepper Pot is fully self-catering, and very private. The parking bay inside the complex is free and strictly for use by guests only. There is a public parking area across the road from the apartment block, for use by visitors. The MyCity bus service operates within the Cape Town city bowl and surrounds, with a bus stop only a short distance away from the apartment. Uber is a popular platform used by guests and residents that do not have their own car. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited in The Pepper Pot, and as much as we love animals, the apartment block will not accommodate pets. Guests with their own cars are to please ensure they wait for the main gate to close before driving away. Should you be walking, please use the pedestrian gate to exit the complex rather than the main gate.
