The North Waterfront Fishing Cabin

Waterfront Fishing Cabin has road access, waterfront located directly on the Magnetawan River with excellent views. Georgian Bay is approx 5 kil by boat to your right. Bring your own boat if you want or rent one at the Marina just down the road. Restaurant, LCBO and small grocery store at the local Marina. (Due to Covid 19 restrictions, some activities may be affected) Be sure to read Policies and rules before booking. (additional rules) The space Great for fishing, boating, swimming (no sandy beach sorry) or just relaxing on the deck or dock. BBQ, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and more, TV, Netflix and Internet. This cabin is great for fishing and nature lovers with fantastic views of the water Guest access The cabin has own entrance and parking, there is a vacant house located directly next door that is approx. 100 years old, a great historical building that is a part of Britt's history. entry into old building is prohibited. Other things to note Bring bottled water for drinking as cabin runs on lake water. You will need your own towels, please let me know if you are bringing your own boat and please bring size appropriate life jackets, water shoes are recommended as there are some weeds and rocks. No Diving off the dock (too shallow for diving) Stairs to climb, floating dock, rocks. Please do not leave garbage or food outside as we do not want to attract unwanted guests.
