Welcome to this newly renovated chalet! Located in the Chamonix Valley, on a southern slope facing Mont-Blanc, you will be amazed by the spectacle of the constantly renewed landscapes. Bordered by a stream and a waterfall, in a cocoon of greenery, hidden away in the countryside and at the same time close to everything, it offers real moments of pause and contemplation. An unexpected chalet, both resolutely poetic and contemporary, just minutes from Chamonix. The space Built on three levels, this chalet features a large 75-square-metre living room with a dining room and a high-end kitchen (teppanyaki grill, wine cellar, microwave, oven, dishwasher, raclette grill for 12 people, fondue set, food processors, filter coffee machine, Smeg coffee machine for pods or ground coffee, kettle and toaster, Smeg juicer, as well as a wood-burning stove), all opening onto a terrace overlooking the gardens, the waterfall and the Mont Blanc massif. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and on the garden level, there is a bedroom and a second living room/kitchen area with a sofa bed. BEDROOM 1: The Mont-Blanc bedroom has a king-size bed. This bedroom has an enclosed bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a bathtub. BEDROOM 2: The Reposoir bedroom has 3 single beds. If you wish, 2 beds can be joined to make a king-size bed. Equipped with a balcony facing Mont Blanc, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. BEDROOM 3: The Refuge bedroom has 3 single beds with the option of making a double bed. It features a balcony and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. BEDROOM 4: The Travellers' Bedroom is located on the garden level and features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and a TV. BEDROOM 5 features a sofa bed that converts into a 160 cm by 200 cm bed, located in a second living area adjoining the fourth bedroom, with a TV, kitchen, and bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. This 2-room apartment on the garden level has a large wooden terrace and its own entrance, which can provide a certain level of privacy for a family or a couple of friends. This apartment is connected to the rest of the chalet by an internal staircase. If you need it, we can set up a crib in the travellers' bedroom or in the small living room. We only have one crib and one high chair. The number of babies is limited to 2, but you must provide the equipment for the second baby. You will also have an outdoor parking area for 3 cars, a washing machine, a dryer, Wi-Fi, and a large-screen TV. We provide a crib, a high chair and a safety gate free of charge, with bedding included. We have several terraces with an outdoor table and chairs, loungers, deck chairs, a barbecue, and a large garden with trees. The chalet faces south, overlooking the Mont-Blanc massif, and is built on a 3,000-m2 plot with flower gardens. The property is on a slope. Please note the presence of a waterfall and a stream. Children or vulnerable individuals must be supervised by an adult when playing outside. Pets are not allowed to stay. Other things to note As a reminder, winter car equipment is mandatory for your travel and safety. The access road to the cottage is steeply sloped, go down slowly in first gear. In case of heavy snowfall, we ask that you park in a higher parking lot located 60 meters from the chalet. We take care of snow removal on the road. The chalet is located in a natural area with a stream and waterfall on sloping terrain, young children or vulnerable adults must be under the responsibility of a responsible person. On request, we can put you in touch with mountain professionals: (high mountain guides, ski instructors,) babysitter, home chef, massages at the chalet etc... You have the option to have your groceries delivered to the chalet. For the sake of respect for nature, we provide eco-friendly household products and do not allow the use of bleach or other products that are not respectful of the environment.
