Bordered by a creek and a waterfall ,in a cocoon of greenery , secluded from sight in nature and at the same time close to everything , it offers real moments of pause and contemplation. An unexpected chalet, both resolutely poetic and contemporary a few minutes from Chamonix. The space Built on three levels, this chalet offers a large 75 m2 living room with dining room and high-end kitchen (teppan yakki, wine cellar, microwave, oven, dishwasher, raclette grill for 12 people, fondue set, food processors, filter coffee machine, smeg coffee machine for pods or ground coffee, kettle and toaster, smeg juicer, as well as a wood stove, all open onto a terrace overlooking the gardens, the waterfall and the Mont Blanc range. Upstairs 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and on the ground floor a bedroom and a second living room kitchen area with sofa bed BEDROOM 1: the Mont Blanc bedroom consists of a king-size bed. This bedroom has a closed bathroom with toilet and sink and bathtub. BEDROOM 2: bedroom composed of 3 single beds, if you wish 2 beds can be joined to make a king size bed. Equipped with a balcony facing Mont Blanc, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. BEDROOM 3: refuge room composed of 3 single beds with possibility of making a double bed, equipped with a balcony, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. BEDROOM 4: the travelers' bedroom is located on the ground floor, equipped with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV. BEDROOM 5 is a sofa convertible into a 160 cm by 200 cm bed located in a second living room area adjoining the fourth bedroom with TV, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink. a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This 2-room ground floor apartment has a large wooden terrace, its own entrance which can allow some privacy for a family or couple of friends, this apartment is connected by an interior staircase with the rest of the chalet. We can, if you need, install a crib in the guest room or in the small living room. We only have one crib and one baby chair, the number of babies is limited to 2 babies but you must provide the equipment for the second baby. You will also have outdoor parking for 3 cars, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, and large screen TV. We provide you with a free crib, baby chair and safety gate, bedding included. We have several terraces with outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers, deckchair, barbecue, a large wooded garden. The chalet has a south-facing exposure facing the Mont Blanc range, it is built on a 3000 m2 plot with flower gardens. The land is sloping, please note the presence of a waterfall and a stream. Children or vulnerable people should be under adult supervision when playing outside. Other things to note As a reminder, winter car equipment is mandatory for your travel and safety. The access road to the cottage is steeply sloped, go down slowly in first gear. In case of heavy snowfall, we ask that you park in a higher parking lot located 60 meters from the chalet. We take care of snow removal on the road. The chalet is located in a natural area with a stream and waterfall on sloping terrain, young children or vulnerable adults must be under the responsibility of a responsible person. On request, we can put you in touch with mountain professionals: (high mountain guides, ski instructors,) babysitter, home chef, massages at the chalet etc... You have the option to have your groceries delivered to the chalet. For the sake of respect for nature, we provide eco-friendly household products and do not allow the use of bleach or other products that are not respectful of the environment.
