Near Dijon, private room in house

Almost a "studio": an INDEPENDENT bedroom located in my house in Tart-le-Haut, on the upper floor in the attic (slightly steep staircase!). On the ground floor, toilet + shower (personal), on the way to a workshop. Amenities: TV, desk, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, and Wi-Fi. Close to Dijon(20 minutes), Brazey En Plaine, Genlis, Abbey of Citeaux, Beaune(30 minutes), Dole(25 minutes), Besançon (1 hour). No fuss, a dog, boxer breed is present. The space The room is located in my personal house in Tart le Haut but independent, a slightly steep staircase leads to it because it is in the attic, toilet and shower are on the ground floor and personal, you cross a workshop. The entry is independent. The bedroom has a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and a table with a small armchair. I have set check-in and checkout times, but to the extent of my availability, they can potentially be adjusted to suit your needs.
