Idyllically situated 6k Central Oxford, 5k Summertown, 5k Woodstock and Blenheim Palace, 20k Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) 20k Bicester Village and overlooking the historic St. Peter's Church, the cottages have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double room and bed with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar. The space The cottages are of traditional Cotswold style but have all the modern amenities needed for a perfect Oxford experience. The space is private, clean and modern and the traditional village atmosphere contributes to the charm of the area. The cottages are totally self-contained. They are private and appointed to a high standard. Guest access The guests have access to the property and space to park a car directly outside. There is a modern clean kitchen with cooker, fridge and washing machine. There is a small breakfast bar. There are 2 sofas and a wall mounted wifi linked tv. There is a porch with hooks for coats and a built in box for shoes and other storage. Upstairs there is a wardrobe and shelf units and a double bed. The ensuite shower room is large and luxuriously appointed. The stairs are mainly open plan and are not suitable for toddlers. If guests wish they are allowed to bring a baby gate. Please note : The lawn next to the drive in front of the barn is for guests use. The gardens around the main house are private. Other things to note I’m Nearby attractions also include Oxford colleges, Ashmolean museum, Natural History Museum, picturesque Bibury village, Daylesford organic farm, Soho farmhouse, The Lakes by Yoo, Estelle Manor, Aynhoe Park, Cotswolds wildlife park and Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm and shop. The guest are allowed to use the electric charger on site with prior permission (on a first come first served basis), but there is a charge of £20 per night, which is also the minimum charge.
