This newly renovated large five bedroom home situated a short stroll from the beach, James St and the canal has everything you need and more for a fun filled luxury holiday. The house is ideal for entertaining with its spacious open plan kitchen encompassing indoor and outdoor living. There is a separate large TV/games room for the kids and two outdoor living areas ensuring enough space for everyone. The alfresco outdoor living area downstairs overlooks the pool and garden. The space There is a barbecue to ease the cooking stress and the house is fully secure. For your added enjoyment there is a 9 feet pool table, ping pong table, Foxtel, Netflix, Wi-Fi and a Nespresso machine. All bedrooms have built in robes. We invite you to enjoy the luxury linen, bath towels and 10 beach towels that are all provided during your stay. This property is fully airconditioned and includes a washer/dryer. Guest access This property is unique to Burleigh Heads and has comfortable spaces for every age and is very close to Burleigh Beach and the boutique shopping on James St so you can choose an activity for all ages. Other things to note The property is not a 'party house' and these activities are strictly prohibited. By relevant Gold Coast laws these prohibited activities are defined as 'parties, including, for example, bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions or similar parties.' No guests or visitors have permission to enter, remain or engage in any such prohibited activities at the property. Minimum age to hire the property must be 24 years or older. We abide by all legal requirements, local government and industry guidelines. Report any suspicious activity immediately. We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, there is a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTION policy. As the property is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
