Located in the center of old town Omis along the dalmatian coast, this traditional stone house was transformed from it's historic roots into chic and modern vacation home. Rising three stories high, the narrow profile reverses the traditional layout with one double bedroom , the sitting room and the eat in kitchen at the roof line which opens out to a spacious dining terrace with fabulous views of the Adriatic, the mountains and the town The space Franco is traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completley renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small arhitectual jewel. renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliancewith the original arhitecture of an old Damation house. Work was perfomed by an expert architect , who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials.
