A beautifully furnished alpine style holiday lodge with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms nestled in the picturesque Tamar Valley an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty it is a short drive from the expanse of Dartmoor or the beaches on the North and South coasts of Cornwall. Included in your stay is unlimited access to the indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, the gym and tennis courts. There is also a bar and restaurant and small shop on site. We welcome pets The space This beautifully furnished alpine style holiday lodge has an upside down arrangement with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and a comfortable lounge diner on the upper floor along with a fully equipped separate kitchen. Check out the pictures of the lodge decorated for our Christmas guests. The kitchen includes, hob, oven, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and espresso coffee machine, please note we do not provide cooking oil. In the lounge there is a large screen smart TV with Freeview and DVD player is complemented by an X Box with games and a large selection of DVDs for you to watch. Downstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. There is a TV with Freeview and built in DVD players in each bedroom. The extended balcony accessed from the lounge is south facing allowing you to soak up the sun all day long, there is a large table and 6 chairs for outside dining. On the lower deck is a hot tub for up to 6 people providing a great place to unwind. The lodge now has free unlimited Wi-Fi In the lodge you will find the following provided for your convenience, Large selection of DVDs to be played on the TVs in every bedroom and the living room Selection of board games Iron and ironing board. For the younger members of the family we provide a stair gate, a travel cot and a high chair. At the rear of the lodge is a Bike Rack where you can chain your bikes up, it will hold three bikes, dont forget to bring your bike locks! Guest access Included in the price of your stay is unlimited access to the on-site facilities, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, gym, games room. There are Tennis courts and two areas equipped with play equipment for children. The on-site bar and restaurant also provides free Wi-Fi Other things to note There is a local bus from the entrance to the site and a railway station in Gunnislake, just a few miles away. Unfortunately due to the lodge being located on a holiday park we are not allowed to rent our lodge to workers as part of the terms of the lease.
