"La Fermette" Relais du Val – Beauval and Castles

In the heart of the Loire Valley castles, less than 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo (Zooparc), 5 minutes from all shops, we welcome you to our charming farmhouse "Le relaisduval", newly renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people with its 2 bedrooms. You can fully enjoy the Sologne, but also aquatic pleasures such as canoeing, a boat ride, not to mention our local products with countless wine cellars, goat farms, to visit and taste. The space This completely refurbished cottage, formerly a farm and old stables, is designed for 4 people. There is a glass entrance overlooking the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also the living room, bathroom and toilet. A wooden staircase will take you to the top of the cathedral ceiling and allow you to access the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. A master bedroom with a large double bed (160×200) with some storage and a second bedroom with 2 single beds (90×190) with a desk, await you. /!\ You can, if you wish, take the "Household Linen" pack including sheets and towels, at the price of €9 per person per stay. (To be paid on-site.) In our cottage/bed and breakfast you will find everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. It is perfectly equipped to accommodate you in the best possible conditions. The equipped kitchen will allow you to make good dishes with its central island. It contains a fridge (PROLINE), an induction stove (BRANDT), a combined oven/microwave, a dishwasher and a large sink. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, 2 natural stone (onyx) sinks, hairdryer (BABYLISS 2200W) and a washing machine (VEDETTE). You will always have the right temperature thanks to our reversible air conditioning (LG) which will provide warmth in winter and coolness in summer. In the living room, a sofa will allow you to rest in front of the TV (connected TCL) after your day of sightseeing. Not far away, a round table will welcome you for your meals where you can enjoy the view of the outside from the large bay window. Outside you can enjoy the barbecue available to you. Games are at your disposal, as well as internet access via Wi-Fi or wired (downstream speed of about 40 Mbps). In the accommodation you will find basic products such as coffee pods, tea, sugar, condiments, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, garbage bags, and some laundry tablets. All this is offered to you but of course if you don't use them, please leave them for the next guests. A key box is also available for late check-ins or check-outs. Unfortunately no pets are allowed and our cottage is non-smoking. Guest access You have a covered parking space in the courtyard adjacent to the accommodation. Other things to note Linens are not included in the rental, however we can offer this service to you. The linen pack contains the sheets - "Beds made on arrival", towels, bath mat and dish towel and is at the rate of €9 per person per stay to be paid on site. Please let us know if you'd like to mention us where for your stay. Otherwise, here are the dimensions of the beds and duvets: - double: 160 x 200 cm and duvet 220 x 240 cm - single: 90 x 190 cm and duvet 140 x 200 cm. Regarding the extra baby bed and high chair, please let us know in advance as these are shared with another listing.
