This holiday cottage is perfect for families, walkers or cyclists who would like to explore the many footpaths and coastal walks that Exmoor has to offer; one famous footpath starts right from your doorstep! Many examples of the outstanding beauty of Exmoor are nearby including the Doone Valley, Valley of the Rocks, Woody Bay and the Brendon Hills. The space After a long day out you can relax on the sunny front garden, with the sound of the river as it winds its way down to the sea. This pretty cottage is in a perfect location just off the centre of Lynmouth, a quaint seaside village boasting many pretty tearooms, eateries and thatched inns. The property comprises of an entrance hallway that leads into the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dining table and chairs. It also leads into a cosy lounge with sofas, window seat, TV and log burner. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with double bed and ample storage space. Across the upstairs hallway you'll find our twin bedroom and also a shower room; fully stocked with towels and all the essentials you need for your break. The cottage can be found up Summerhouse Path off the main road in Lynmouth. It is a fairly steep path so a handrail has been fitted to help you up. Please bear this in mind when booking and please see the photos showing the path that leads up to the cottage. Guest access Check in is via our digital smart lock to allow you to check in at a time convenient for you. The cottage is found along summerhouse path which does have a slope, however, also has a handrail. There are photos of this on the listing so you can see exactly how to get to the cottage. Other things to note The area is great for walks or seaside get away, the cottage is central to Lynmouth and parking is available nearby via buying a weekly, daily, or hourly pay and display passes.
