Flexible configuration for professionals or families: possibility to configure certain rooms with twin beds (2 beds of 80x200 cm) upon request. Bathrooms: A main bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and WC, plus an additional separate WC with a hand basin. A huge 120 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, equipped with a barbecue and brasero. A cozy living room featuring a wood stove and a high-quality Hi-Fi system for great evenings and musical ambiance, and a dedicated playroom/bedroom with a 65-inch (165 cm) TV screen and home cinema. 🍳 Kitchen & Daily Life: A true, fully equipped large kitchen to prepare great meals, including all necessary equipment (such as a Monsieur Cuisine food processor, wine glasses, etc.). Free coffee (pods or whole beans to grind) and tea provided. Washing machine and tumble dryer available. 🛏️ Sleeping Configuration: Ideal capacity: up to 9 guests (plus children under 2 years). 1 bed 180x200, 2 beds 160x200 (convertible into twin beds 80x200 upon request), 1 bed 140x200, and 1 mezzanine bed 140x200 for 1 person (in the playroom). 🐾 Pets Welcome: Your four-legged companions are welcome to share your family trip! 👶 Special for Families & Babies: The property is fully equipped to travel light with your little ones: baby bathtub, 2 travel cots, a folding playpen (usable outdoors too), adapted bed linen, and plenty to keep children of all ages entertained (Wii, over 2,000 comic books, mostly in French but also some in English, German, and Dutch). Guest access In-person key handover (I love personally welcoming my guests and showing you around the house) whenever my schedule allows. Otherwise, we stay in touch via message and phone, and I provide you with all the detailed instructions to easily access the key and the home on your own.
