I HAVE A LIFT FROM MY FOYER This is a large room with: - 2 single beds, new inner-spring mattresses & memory foam toppers - empty drawers & wardrobe - table and chairs - power board - charging ease - toweling dressing gown Sole use of big, main bathroom Breakfast is set up in kitchen - eat inside or in the courtyard. Breakfast - fruit, muesli, skim milk, toast, jams, tea/coffee You will have a shelf in the frig and use of a microwave. 700m to Kiama Station, 900m to town, 300m to 2 beaches. The space I ran an Airbnb at Vincentia for a couple of years. I had lots of guests and soon became a 5-star host. I have now moved to Kiama and since I have room I thought I would share it. Guest access The space is mainly the room but I am happy for you to use the courtyard, dining room, etc I leave a shelf in my frig for your wine bottles if necessary. I have a drink most afternoons around 5 pm and would be happy for you to join me if you wish. I did this in my previous Airbnb and it was enjoyable for all according to the reviews During your stay I am happy to be contacted at any time. Other things to note Guests are requested not to consume hot food or drinks in the bedroom. Water glasses are provided in the bath room. Registration Details Exempt
