On the Côte bleue, on the seafront, between beaches and creeks, we welcome you to our newly renovated Villa Esque Allie. Ideally located, 100m from the beach, with a splendid sea view and a very large terrace. Rental by the week, fortnight or month, in all seasons, 6-7 (8) people. The Blue Coast, famous for its clear waters, extends from L'Estaque to Carro. It is a coastline of 35 kilometers, miraculously preserved, between Marseille in the East and Martigues in the West. Our house is located in Carry-le-Rouet, in the center of this stretch of coast characterized by an alternation of creeks and fishing villages: Estaque, Vesse, Niollon, La Redonne, Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset- les-Pins, St. Croix, The Crown, Carro. The coastline is traversed from one end to the other by a coastal path (GR51). The house, completely renovated in 2018, arranged and decorated by care of Clotilde, is located 100m from the beach of Rouet, and in the immediate vicinity of pebble coves and ocher rocks. South-facing, high on four levels (with private elevator), it offers on the upper level a large living room air-conditioned kitchen opening onto a terrace of 40 m2. With a splendid view of the sea, the capes on both sides of the creek, the islands of Petite Mona, and the lighthouse of the Planier offshore. From the living room, there is also a staircase on the back of the house, a Mediterranean garden hung on the hill, and converted into terraces. Terraces overlooking the house, sumptuous views of the cove and the sea. The 3 bedrooms on the lower levels all have a sea view, two are air-conditioned and open onto balconies. They can accommodate 7 people in all. A second large terrace of 24 m2, close to the bedrooms, is also available. As well as two closed garages. The integrated kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, microwave, induction hob with extractor hood, fridge with freezer, and a dishwasher. . Toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, food processor, bread maker ... On the back, a metal staircase leads to the terraced garden. It has a sink, and overlooking the landing and the outside stairs, a shower and toilet dug in the rock. Bedroom with two beds (two twin beds). A second garage is available in a neighboring residence, about 100m.
