It is situated in the award winning Zimbali Coastal Resort which boasts numerous facilities including a Tom Weiskopf golf course, 5 pools including a kiddies pool with slides, beach access, tennis and squash courts, nature walks and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. The home also has DSTV, gas braai facilities and a daily cleaning service (excl. Sunday) and back up power inverter. The space 71A Yellowwood is a modern, open plan home with great indoor/outdoor flow which perfectly suits the warm coastal weather. Guests can enjoy lazy days by the pool at home or explore the many other options that Zimbali has to offer such as golf, the beach, numerous restaurants and play areas for kids as well as tennis and nature walks. Those who wish to venture further may enjoy discovering the towns of Ballito and Salt Rock to the north or the ever popular Umhlanga Rocks, a mere 15 minutes south. Guest access Zimbali Coastal Estate is a security estate with strict access controls. As such the safety of all residents and guests is ensured. Guests of 71A Yellowwood have access to the whole house as well as the Zimbali Coastal Estate and all its facilities. Please note that during season, the hotels may restrict access to their facilities due to high occupancy rates. Other things to note The home has four en suite bedrooms and a TV lounge upstairs. Downstairs is the main lounge, dining room, kitchen and guest toilet. The downstairs living area flows onto an undercover outdoor entertainment area with braai/barbeque facilities and a swimming pool. The house has DSTV in both lounges as well as a daily cleaning service, excluding Sundays and public holidays. (Linen will be changed every 3 days in the interests of conserving water). We have a camp cot for infants available on request. Kindly adhere to the speed limit as there are buck and monkeys which roam freely around the estate.
