The loft is not recommended for small children, as the property has an openwork design staircase, without a guardrail. Other things to note The 3 bedrooms are completely independent, well soundproofed and all have a lock. The terrace is not large, but well optimized. Accessible directly from the living room bay window (240 cm), sheltered from the wind and views and facing south. Only one parking space in front of the LOFT but other free spaces on the street 50 meters away.
