Each room has a private bathroom in order to allow maximum privacy and autonomy. The owner Mariavittoria, who lives one of the two units, will welcome guests on arrival, providing all relevant informations to explore and discover the beauty of her land. Ideal location for relaxing holidays or to organize conventions, events and seminars. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, the garden that surrounds it and the loggia. Inside the property, with independent access, lives a couple of caretakers who supervise the house and take care of the disposal of guests' separate waste. Other things to note In an amazing natural place, overlooking the Prosecco hills and the famous town of Conegliano, this house is the perfect location to relax and visit the area. Starting from the house you can walk cultural, artistic and sporting itineraries. Tenants will have to pay the city tax upon check-in: 1 euro per person per day, excluding children under 14. It applies only for the first 5 nights. The villa is sanitized after each check-out and to ensure an even safer environment, the closure of the rooms is respected for 72 hours from the last entry.
