It is completely private and separate from the main villa. The pool is gated and solar-power heated (seasonally). There is also a private outdoor rain shower, exclusively for the guesthouse. The house is clean, modern, bright and airy with a hill-top location affording beautiful views from every room and from the large, private deck. There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms; one with an organic cotton King-size bed, the other with a comfortable queen bed. There is a separate sitting room with a Smart TV and a desk. The roomy bathroom has a double vanity and a large rain shower. The small, but well-equipped kitchen has a two-burner electric stove, oven/microwave combo, small fridge/freezer and various coffee makers. There is a large, rustic dining table. Villa De Nardi is situated on 5.5 acres in the rolling hills about 3.5 miles outside of Winters. Villa De Nardi is an active olive orchard, producing extra-virgin olive oil under the Olio De Nardi brand. A washing machine is available for your use (no dryer, but a drying rack). Note that the hot tub is NOT heated. Guest access You will need car to get here. Other things to note The gorgeous pool is shared with the the main villa. It is solar-heated and accessible from about April-October. Pool temp is around 75-85F from June-Sept. Please note that the hot tub/spa is NOT HEATED, but can be used as a small pool.
